Dealing with us made easier
We want all of our clients to feel that they can expect the same access and treatment as everybody else.
These are some of the ways we can support you in doing business with us.
We look to minimise the use of jargon when dealing with you. We can talk to you in our office or in your home where you will feel comfortable and not distracted. We can offer you longer appointments and help you keep control of your finances where possible. Equally, at your request, we will make it easy for a friend or family member to help.
We can write to you and change the size of our text and font or write to you on colour paper if this makes things easier to read.
You can contact us in writing through our contact us page. We have a quiet area where we can meet, we can arrange longer appointments and accommodate an interpreter if required.
If you feel that it would be more desirable for us to meet with you in the comfort of your own home then know that we will happily accommodate you.
